POOL AND DECK
The pool area has a sun deck complete with sun loungers and superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfast after a morning swim. The property is not overlooked and enjoys views over the conservation area. The pool is 24' by 12' and can be heated when required. Linked to the pool is a waterfall spa which will comfortably fit up to 6 people. There is a child-safe pool guard.

 

GAMES ROOM

This light and airy games room is tiled throughout and has independent air-conditioning for comfort. There is an 8' slate pool table with full accessories, a semi-pro twin motored air-hockey table and an electronic darts board (with safety darts) which heckles bad playing! There is also a cafe table with high chairs and a boom box for CD's or radio.
